With experience in handling whole or partial home clearances, we are fully insured and implement strict security procedures throughout the process.

For the convenience of vendors, our first priority is to sell unwanted items, with the entire proceeds directly deposited into their nominated bank account through reputable auction houses. Following this, we donate, recycle, and responsibly dispose of any hazardous materials and waste. We can also distribute wanted items on behalf of the vendor.

Our process is streamlined:

Step 1

Vendor or agent contacts us to explain the project.

Step 2

All stakeholders visit the property to discuss the scope and timings.

Step 3

Within 24 hours, a fixed quote is emailed.

Step 4

Upon approval and an agreed start date, along with the payment of a deposit, the project begins.

Step 5

Unwanted items are sorted and distributed (sell, donate, recycle, hazardous & waste) and wanted item are distributed if required.

Step 6

Updates are provided throughout the project.

Step 7

The project is closed, keys are returned, and a detailed report is sent to the client outlining the fate of unwanted items and any other relevant information.
