ClearSpace understands the complexities involved and collaborates closely with individual clients and those designated as Executors, such as Solicitors, Administrators and trustees, and individuals holding an Enduring Power of Attorney.​

The role of an Executor in managing an estate can be intricate, expensive, and time-consuming.

ClearSpace can take on the responsibility of identifying all necessary paperwork to determine the deceased’s assets, covering areas such as insurance policies, bank accounts, superannuation funds, shareholdings, creditors, physical assets, vehicles, and Certificates of Title.

This critical information is essential for obtaining Probate or Letters of Administration.​

 With experience in handling whole or partial home clearances, we are fully insured and implement strict security procedures throughout the process.​

For the convenience of vendors, our first priority is to sell unwanted items, with the entire proceeds directly deposited into their nominated bank account through reputable auction houses. Following this, we donate, recycle, and responsibly dispose of any hazardous materials and waste. We can also distribute wanted items on behalf of the vendor.​

Our Story

ClearSpace was Adelaide’s first full-service downsizing and Estate Clearing business, established in 2005; Logistics is what we are good at, which is very helpful when planning and managing both small and large downsizing and home clearance projects, be they in metropolitan Adelaide or regional South Australia.
